Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is 100% free.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, except for Islamic and African countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brazil.

How long will it take before I receive my sex doll?

It will take 7-18 business days (depending on the country) from the time you place your order.

What if I purchase a doll from your U.S. warehouse and it’s sold out?

If in the unlikely event you purchase a doll from our U.S. warehouse and it’s sold out we will ship you the same doll from our main warehouse.

Shipping Tracking Number

Once production is complete and there are no issues with the doll, delivery will commence the next business day at which time we will provide a shipping tracking number.

Are there any import taxes or duties?

Most countries are tax/duty exempt.  You will not be required to pay any additional taxes or fees.

As of now, the following countries are NOT tax-exempt: Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K.  Customers of these countries will be required to pay tax/duty to their respective customs office in order to complete the delivery. Please note that the rules and regulations often change so send us an email if you’re not sure.

Returns

We suggest that before making your purchase you are fully committed. Once an order is placed and production has commenced we cannot simply cancel your order.

Due to the nature of the business returns are not allowed. That’s not just us saying this but new legislature in the US has been passed making it unlawful to return sex dolls. Other countries are beginning to follow suit. This is to prevent the selling of second-hand or used sex dolls. Understandably, you wouldn’t want to buy a doll that someone else has already used, right?

In the six years that we have been in business, we have yet to have a customer request any sort of part replacement or doll replacement but if a doll were to fail in some way because of manufacturer defect we would certainly replace any and all parts.

Any damages incurred by misuse or through delivery we will assist you in every way we can.

We’re very serious about the quality of our products. Every order is carefully checked, tested, and photographed before we send it out. Please make sure the product matches your order before you use it. We can’t address any issues if the product has been used.

If you find any damage or mistakes with your order:

Don’t use the product, as we can’t help with issues if it’s been used.

– Email us the problem with pictures to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order at service@madamdolly.com

– We’ll look into the problem and the photos and get back to you.

What about the package my sex doll is shipped in, and the paperwork? Is everyone in the neighbourhood going to know what I’ve ordered?

Everything from packaging to paperwork, including credit card and PayPal statements, is totally discreet.  No one will know.
