You have 12 hours to cancel or modify your order. After that, production begins and changes are not possible. Email service@madamdolly.com with your order number, full name, and email address. You will receive an 80% refund. The 20% covers administrative costs and payment processing fees.

Other countries are beginning to follow suit. This is to prevent the selling of second-hand or used sex dolls. Understandably, you wouldn’t want to buy a doll that someone else has already used, right?
We’re very serious about the quality of our products. Every order is carefully checked, tested, and photographed before we send it out. We work directly with top manufacturers like Irontech, Starpery, Zelex, and WM Doll. Warranty coverage and replacement policies are determined by each manufacturer and vary based on their standards and terms.
If a doll arrives with a manufacturer defect, whether it’s a broken joint, faulty skeleton, or any production issue, we will review the issue with the manufacturer and work toward a resolution based on their warranty policy. In most cases, this means replacement parts or a full doll replacement at no cost to you.
Damages from misuse or delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll assist you in every way we can to make it right.
Do not use the product. If used, the manufacturer will not accept any warranty claim. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours to service@madamdolly.com with photos and details. The manufacturer will review your report, assess it according to their warranty terms, and make a final determination on coverage. Our team will notify you of the solution within 2-3 business days.
